Challenges
In the construction industry, heavy beams, rebar and other metal items are often cut to length on the jobsite. This is often done manually using gas powered cutoff saws and is time consuming and very unenjoyable.

Results
A jobsite hydraulic band saw that can be run with a skid steer or tractor. The integrated forks and clamping mechanism allow the saw to grab, cut, and release material all from the cab of the machine. Side to side adjustment of the cutting head from within the machine allows for precise cut placement.
